Chapter-to-Access
Tiers are based on chapters unlocked. There are 24 chapters total: 12 in X3 and 12 in X6.
RICO Bot Fuel
RICO is the fuel currency loaded into the app for bot operation, top-ups, rewards, and account balance tracking.
Exchange Safety
Connect trading-only Binance or Bybit API keys. Withdrawals must be disabled. Ricomatrix encrypts keys at rest and never returns raw API keys in API responses.
Burn Reports
A portion of platform fees is allocated to weekly RICO buyback-and-burn. Public burn reports show fee totals, RICO purchased, burn hashes, and cumulative burn progress.
Notifications
Use notification settings to control in-app, email, and Telegram alerts for trades, signals, tier changes, RICO fuel withdrawals, conversion prompts, burn reports, and security events.

Unlock chapters across X3 and X6 to move from Starter to Pro to Elite.

Live Trading Checklist
Use this sequence before turning on live automation.

Create an account or sign in.

Review Paper Mode results before live trading.

Buy enough chapters to unlock the tier you want.

Keep RICO loaded as the bot fuel currency.

Create a trading-only exchange API key.

Disable withdrawals on the API key.

Whitelist the Ricomatrix server IP when available.

Connect the API key in Settings.

Turn the bot on from the dashboard sidebar.
Common Questions
Is RICO required for tiers?
No. Access tiers are based on chapters unlocked across X3 and X6. RICO is used as bot fuel in the app.
Can I use the bot for free?
Yes. Paper Mode is free and does not require RICO. It is simulated and does not place live orders.
What determines my tier?
Your verified wallet chapters determine access. RICO is the fuel currency loaded into the app for bot operation and settlement.
Does Ricomatrix control my funds?
No. Funds remain on your exchange. The platform requires trading-only API keys and never requests withdrawal access.
Where can I see fees?
Open Dashboard -> Positions -> Fee History to see gross PnL, fee rate, net PnL, and tier at collection.
