This page is a product-specific starting point and is not legal advice. Have qualified counsel review it before production launch.

1. Service Overview

Ricomatrix provides software for automated crypto trading workflows, paper trading, signal monitoring, dashboard analytics, RICO fuel balance tracking, chapter-based access, referral rewards, and related account tools.

Ricomatrix is a software platform. It is not an exchange, broker, bank, custodian, investment adviser, or financial planner. You remain responsible for your exchange accounts, wallets, API keys, trading settings, tax obligations, and decisions to enable or disable live trading.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to use crypto, wallet, and trading software in your jurisdiction. You may not use Ricomatrix if doing so would violate laws, sanctions rules, exchange rules, or third-party terms that apply to you.

You are responsible for making sure your use of Ricomatrix is permitted where you live and where your connected exchanges or wallets operate.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, email, wallet, authenticator app, and connected exchange credentials secure.

Exchange API keys should be trading-only. Withdrawal permissions must remain disabled. Ricomatrix is designed not to require withdrawal access.

You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access, compromised API keys, or wallet misuse.

4. Wallets, Chapters, and RICO Fuel

Your verified wallet is used to determine chapter ownership and access level. Chapter purchases and other on-chain actions are final once confirmed on-chain.

RICO is used as an in-app bot fuel balance. Your virtual RICO balance increases only after the platform verifies a qualifying on-chain RICO transfer from your verified wallet to the configured corporate pool wallet, or after another approved credit event such as referral rewards.

Network fees, failed transactions, incorrect token transfers, unsupported networks, and transfers from unverified wallets may not be recoverable or creditable.

5. Automated Trading

If you enable live trading, you authorize Ricomatrix to use your configured trading-only exchange API connection to place, manage, and close orders based on your settings, signals, risk configuration, and platform controls.

Automated trading may create losses, missed opportunities, partial fills, slippage, liquidation risk, or unexpected results. You can pause or disconnect live trading, but market conditions and exchange latency may affect timing.

6. Fees, Rewards, and Referrals

Ricomatrix may deduct RICO fuel or apply other configured charges when eligible trading events occur. The applicable rate may depend on your chapter-based access level at the time of the event.

Referral rewards, if available, are promotional and may be changed, paused, reviewed, or reversed for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, self-referrals, or policy violations.

Balances, rewards, burn reports, and dashboards are calculated from available platform and on-chain data. Corrections may be made if an error, duplicate event, or chain reorganization is detected.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not abuse the platform, bypass security controls, reverse engineer private systems, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate referrals, submit false payment proofs, interfere with infrastructure, or use Ricomatrix for illegal activity.

We may suspend or restrict accounts to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or preserve platform integrity.

8. Third-Party Services

Ricomatrix integrates with wallets, blockchains, exchanges, RPC providers, notification providers, analytics systems, and other third-party services. Their availability, pricing, policies, and failures are outside our control.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with third-party terms that apply to your connected wallets, exchanges, and services.

9. No Guaranteed Results

Ricomatrix does not guarantee profit, uptime, signal quality, execution quality, liquidity, tax treatment, token value, chapter value, or uninterrupted access.

Past performance, paper trading results, dashboards, testimonials, or examples are not promises of future results.

10. Changes and Termination

We may update features, supported exchanges, supported networks, fees, referral terms, access rules, or these Terms as the product evolves.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where required for security, compliance, abuse prevention, or material breach.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ricomatrix is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, token price changes, wallet errors, exchange failures, network congestion, liquidation events, downtime, data delays, or unauthorized use caused by compromised credentials.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
